Brian Miller

Brian Miller joined FranchisEsource Brands International (FSBI) in October 2003 as a member of the senior management team and president of The Entrepreneur's Source. Brian brings an extensive background in franchising, business consulting, operations, sales and management to the FSBI team leading key strategic initiatives for the franchise and business coaching target markets.

In September of 2009 Brian became President and Chief Operating Officer for all of the FSBI family of brands which now include The Entrepreneur's Source®, AdviCoach®, Expense Reduction Coaching, Decor&You, Business Partner Marketing Coach & Digikids. Brian is also President of Zor Source, the coaching division of The Entrepreneur's Source which provides coaching services to the franchisor community

Brian has an extensive sales background in business-to-business, national and major accounts sales. Brian leads the national account effort for FSBI marketing and tailoring franchise and business coaching programs for some of today's leading franchise brands. Franchise CEOs utilize Brian and his team for strategic planning, sales and operations coaching, as well as creating marketing plans, value stories and branding programs.

At FSBI's Performance Enhancement Center, Brian has helped positioned FSBI as a leader in franchise training, creating an extensive state-of-the-art training center using E- Learning and virtual classrooms.

As a twenty-four year veteran in franchising, Brian came to FSBI as a seasoned franchise executive having spent over 16 years in the staffing industry with Snelling Staffing, one of the nation's premier franchise staffing firms. Brian has extensive experience in Franchise Operations, and Franchise Sales/Development.

Due to Brian's extensive franchise and business background, he frequently appears as a guest on business talk shows, both on radio and television. Business journal editors use Brian as a source for articles on general business, franchise and business coaching, the economy, employment trends and the small business and entrepreneurial climate. He frequently contributes to many business publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, Franchising World, Franchise Entrepreneur. Brian is a sought out speaker and trainer on topics as broad as leadership, management, strategic planning franchise sales and operations and business coaching. He is a frequent key note speaker for the nation's leading brands in both franchising and the public sector.
