Steven J. Schick, Franchise Industry Coach - FranchisEsource Brands International

As a 20 year veteran of the franchise industry, Steven Schick initially joined FranchisEsource Brands International (FSBI) as a franchisee/business coach and regional developer investing in The Entrepreneur's Source. For 12 years Steve helped people realize the American dream of business ownership while building a team of successful coaches. Steve has been recognized as one of the most successful coaches and Regional Developers in FSBI history earning numerous awards in several areas including leadership and outstanding coaching. Steve's extensive skills as a business/placement coach made him a key player for new franchisee training and support for several FSBI brands including The Entrepreneur's Source, AdviCoach, Business Partner Marketing Coach and Expense Reduction Coaching.

Steve's career turned to franchise development spending several years working with FSBI senior management as franchise development team leader growing 5 FSBI brands. During that time he helped to develop new systems and processes to meet the ever-changing economic environment.

Today, Steve's franchise industry expertise supports FSBI in two ways:

• As a business development manager with Expansion Experts his primary focus is to work with business owners who have a strong desire to franchise their concepts. He believes that every strong concept deserves a great start as a franchise. He works very hard to insure that every aspect of building and operating a strong franchise brand is addressed.
• As a seasoned franchise industry executive, Steve currently supports FSBI's greater industry initiative or Masterminds program coaching many of today's franchisors in an effort to help them grow their concepts.

Steve brings an extensive background in franchising, business coaching, business development, leadership, sales and management to his clients oftentimes leading key strategic initiatives for the franchise development and business coaching target markets.

Additionally, Steve has an extensive sales and management background in the automotive industry owning and operating GMC Truck, Buick, Mazda and Saab dealerships prior to working with FSBI.
