Module One: Review and Recommendations
This module is a critical step for all franchisors. The objective of this phase is to ensure that you have the necessary tools that produce the success of your franchisees. Franchisors need a solid training and support program that takes into consideration how franchisees learn and develop. So we start here at the foundation and review the following components:

Suggestions will be made to create the solid foundation needed so your franchisees can thrive. If desired, we can also implement any needed changes or coach you or your staff through the required changes.
Module Two: Self-Sustaining Program
This is a “Train the Trainer” program and the second phase of our program based on the book Franchise Success: The New Formula. It is totally customized to your needs, your philosophy and your objectives.
Franchisee success is based on the diligent implementation of your system. Some franchisees are able to get results while others simply can’t do so. In this phase you learn to identify the reasons why this happens and to implement the coaching tools that we create for you so you can bring franchisee performance up to par throughout your system. During this phase we educate your staff on how they can utilize a laser focus approach to coaching, training and supporting your franchisees on the New Formula Approach. Your staff will be able to help franchisees:
- Identify and learn how to use their compelling drivers to move forward towards success;
- Understand the barriers that prevent their success and how they can dissolve these obstacles; and
- Learn how to be ready for the success they seek.
After the conclusion of this phase you and your staff will be able to empower your franchisees to take responsibility for their own success or failure. You will also improve your franchisee selection process and attract candidates who are more willing to be accountable for their results.
Module Three: Franchisee Coaching
Perhaps you feel that your staff is not yet qualified to coach your franchisees in this process. Or, maybe you believe that they need support beyond the teachings of Module Two. If this is the case, we can provide you and your staff with the support you need, we can directly work with your franchisees or a combination of the two. We’ll assess your needs and provide a long term support program that can assist your staff in implementing the learning that takes place during Module Two.
